CHPHP Volunteer Center

We need your financial help, large or small, or donation of a building/space for the CHPHP Volunteer Center. Our goal is to have a CHPHP Volunteer Center, possibly an old store front / building / warehouse / former church / abandoned school of 5,000+ square feet with parking for 50 cars and buses in West Los Angeles, where volunteers can participate in the following:

Routes for Homeless People

 Food Pantry

Outreach for People in Need

 Sorting Wall

Adopt a Family Program

 Adopt a Teen Program

Thanksgiving In A Box Program
Animal Outreach Program
Mentoring Program
Arts and Crafts Program
Peer Tutoring Program
Peer Computer Training Program
Theater Program
Uplifting Music and Concert    Programs

Audio/Visual Room for Uplifting    Films/Tapes

Nursery Area for our Youngest     Volunteers

 Thrift Store

The CHPHP Volunteer Center will be available for young people to do community service after school and on weekends.  Many students are looking forward to working at the CHPHP Volunteer Center while many adults have already volunteered to supervise some of these programs.

With the generous support of the Dora Freeman Levit Fund for People and the Lemelson & Morse Family Foundation, we have begun our building and operating expenses fund.

In the event that you can help us in any way with the development of the CHPHP Volunteer Center, please contact us at your earliest convenience - click here.

Thank you!
